Purchasing a Maine Coon kitten from Donnelly Maine Coon is easy! Since our pure-bred kittens sell quickly after 12 weeks, it is advisable to pay the $500 deposit to reserve a male or female kitten that you view on this website or in other online advertisements.  Additional pictures of the kittens will only be sent via text to those who have reserved a kitten.  If you are ready to reserve a kitten, please download the Contract, sign it, and return it via email to mmillslawoffice@gmail.com. The deposit can be paid through Zelle with my number 614-763-3599.  The six-generation pure-bred pedigree of the queen and king will be forwarded upon payment of the reservation fee to the buyer.

The Maine Coon kittens are priced between $1,750 and $2,750, depending on Gender, colors, and patterns.  The reservation fee of $500 will be deducted from the total purchase price of the kitten.  Sales tax of 7% is charged when the balance is paid for the purchase of the kitten.

The kitten's TICA or CFA purebred Maine Coon kitten registration papers are ordered at the time that the cattery receives proof of the kitten being spayed/neutered.  The registration fee is the sum of $175.  Registration can be delayed at times due to matters not in the cattery's hands.

At the time that the kitten is adopted, it will have been examined by a veterinarian from VCA Animal Hospital in Dublin, OH, or by a veterinarian from Sandusky Animal Hospital, Sandusky, OH, and will have a clean bill of health. Each kitten will have received three vaccinations of FVRCP and three deworming treatments. The kitten's medical record will be provided at the time the kitten is picked up for adoption.

Boarding

Donnelly Maine Coons only boards kittens and cats that were sold by the cattery.  Boarding fees are $25 a day for one cat and $40 for two cats.  The cats receive lots of attention and great food when they board at the cattery.  Please contact Melanie two weeks before your departure date to ensure that the cattery can accommodate additional cats.

Breeding

Kittens are only sold for breeding to registered TICA and CFA catteries, for an additional fee, outside of the State of Ohio. Please email the cattery or call Melanie Mills for the cost to purchase a Donnelly Maine Coon female or male kitten for breeding purposes.

Transportation of The Kitten

Due to rampant fraud in both the sale and transport of purebred cats and other animals in the U.S. since the COVID pandemic, the cattery does not allow shipping of the kittens. Transportation in the state of Ohio and surrounding states will be handled by Melanie Mills, who will meet the new owner of the kitten at a convenient location, if not too far away.  For buyers outside the State of OH, the buyer can fly into John Glenn International Airport, Columbus, OH, and the kitten will be brought to the airport.  The buyer is responsible for making all arrangements to transport the kitten on the airplane.  Medical records of the kitten will be provided in a timely fashion for proof of their vaccinations.
